Open TruTimer, go to Profile → Upgrade to Pro, and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy Pro.
No. TruTimer works fully offline with no sign-up. Your workouts and history are saved locally on your device.
Since everything is stored locally on your device, deleting the app deletes your saved workouts and history along with it. There's currently no cloud backup.
Check that your device isn't in Silent Mode (the side switch on iPhone), that in-app volume/voice is toggled on in your workout or Quick Timer settings, and that your device volume is turned up.
No — Pro is a one-time purchase. Pay once and it's yours for good, including future Pro features.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Request a refund via reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases on your device.
Email trullarn@gmail.com with a description of the issue and, if possible, your device model and iOS version — it helps us track things down faster.
